Session times
Private or community sessions are available for 65 or 95 minutes. If you’d like a longer sauna session please contact us, we’re happy to accommodate requests where possible.
Please note that all our experiences include time for changing. If you’d like to use the changing space at the end of your session, we kindly as that you do so within your booked time to ensure a smooth transition for the next guests
Booking multiple people or sessions
If you'd like to book multiple people onto the same session, make sure to select the quantity of seats at the top of the booking page.

Gift vouchers
Gift a friend or loved one some time to care for themselves, to get warm, cosy and find utter relaxation.
When purchasing a gift voucher, a confirmation email with a unique code will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout. If you'd prefer to send the gift to your recipient on a specific day, we recommend entering your own email address. This way, you can forward your gift of sauna to them at the perfect time.
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule/cancel all apointments up to 48 hrs before the session using the link in your confirmation email.
Private Sauna bookings cancelled outwith the 48hr period will be receive a refund (minus £3 admin fee, the refund process is unfortunately manual). This could take 5-10 days to be issued.
Community Sessions that are cancelled outwith the 48hrs will receive a credit note as standard, if you wish to receive a refund please email us, we’re happy to do this subject to an admin fee of £3.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 48hrs notice, your account will not be credited. You are very welcome to transfer your booking onto a friend, just ensure you have confirmed this to us in advance.
